App volumes 3.0 can't configure active directory

Hi,

i need your help. I want to configure App volumes 3.0. I can't configure active directory.  I get the Message ''Unable to save Identity Record'' . My  Nebios Name is cad.com  and Domain name is cmg.de.

I'm Domain Administrator. What is wrong??.

Hey Try the settings below, worked for me.

NETBIOS Name: DOMAIN

DNS Domain Name: INTERNAL.DOMAIN.COM

Bind Username: DOMAIN\APPVOLUMES-SVC

Bind Password: Password

Port: Choose LDAP or LDAPS

Domain Controller IPs: IP OF DC

Context: Auto Populate
