Appstack not capturing registry key

Hi all.  

I'm trying to build an appstack for Cherwell service management client, and it includes the below registry key that is not being captured as part of the build process.  I've tried following the process to edit the snapvol.cfg file, also below, but it still isn't capturing it.  I tried both a custom snapvol.cfg file and editing the default file, and neither one seemed to work.  Wondering if I'm doing it correctly.

I also had the same issue and never did figure out how to capture it in the stack. I ended up just putting that one key in the gold image
