Printers with Printer logic that are using profiles with App Volumes

We are using printerlogic to bring printers back down to the machine.  Printerlogic for the most part, has resolved a mountain of printer issues that we had prior to printerlogic.  Printerlogic, when setup to use a "profile", will bring down default settings that are specified in the profile.  In our environment, we have some Xerox and Lexmark printers with profiles, and those settings wont come down with App Volumes agent installed.  We use printerlogic as an appstack.  When you connect to a printer that has a profile, you can see it apply that profile in the printerlogic logs on a machine without app vol agent.  When the printer restores to the instant clone, it comes down with "Basic Mode", and doesnt have any of the profile options. You can also see in the logs that the profile wasnt applied to the instant clone.  Has anyone had an issue like this with printerlogic?

Another issue we see, is that if you delete a printer from printerlogic, you have to go delete it from  \HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Printers\settings\TS, which will update HKEY_USERS\UserSID\Printers\settings\TS, and printer wont restore next time.  Wondering if something needs to be excluded to make this work correctly?
