deploying app with appstack but without windows

First of all, I apologize ahead of time if this is the wrong group to discuss below. 

I am researching a way to deploy an application without needing windows OS

I am using the VMware app stack right now but wondering how to give access to users only a single application without needing windows OS.

so, when user login to web portal for horizon virtual pc access, I want to see the application starting and nothing else should show. 

have you seen such a thing in vmware?

In order to deliver applications you can use Horizon Apps is a packaging offer that securely delivers and manages published Remote Desktop Services (RDS) apps.
