auto starting-up VMs controlled by HA cluster

Hello,

one of my customers has power issues and he is forced to shutdown his data center every time he faces a power outage, so there's an agent for his UPS that shuts down VMs then the hosts, he has two hosts running vSphere 6 and vCenter, when the power comes back non of the VMs power on automatically again, I think this is because they were shuitdown by the user. is there a way to fix this rather than loosing the HA feature?

This is by design. I'm not sure what you mean by losing the HA feature? How is it impacted by this?

If this happens frequently I would recommend a script to startup all of the customer's VMs.

‌We can also use schedule tasks to Power ON the VM, Can't we ??

You could use scheduled tasks to start a VM. I'm not sure how it would fit in this use case (where all VMs are powering off unexpectedly).
