The following is the error message when I'm trying to schedule my exam could anyone help on this issue

At what point are you getting this message? Are you able to get to the Pearson site and then not schedule, or you can't get to Pearson or myLearn? I was able to login via myLearn and get to Pearson. You may need to reset your password. If that doesn't work, contact certification@vmware.com
Tried a different browser, or in private/incognito mode?
