I have a problem runing my Converter utility. I have a server that has a C, and E drive. It seems to fail and have trouble identifying the drives. I don't see why it would but, could having a space in the volume name of the C drive have anything to do with this? The C drive volume name is "Windows 2000". If I changed it to Windows_2000 would that help ? Has anyone seen this before.
thanks.
I don't think that the space in the volume label should matter. What version of Converter are you using? Please attach a zipped up copy of the agent log files right after attempting to identify these drives. Thanks.
can you also include a screen capture of Disk Management and the screen in converter you are referencing?
Volumes are identified by Converter using the Volume ID value, not the volume label. It should not have any effect.
