Please tell us what you want to convert , which target you tried, which converter version you used and which OS you try to p2v - then we maybe able to help

I want to convert windowsXP SP2, i use vmware converter 4 standalone i try remote convert amd local convert but not complete all.

I turn-off antivirus firewall cannot convert complete. It's only this pc cannot complete.
