Hi can anyone tell me if it is possible to use converter to convert a HP UX (spark processor) to a Virtual machine. I have had a look at some documents and from what I can see it doesnt seem to support this. Just wondering if anyone has had any experience with this type of conversion.

No it is not possible - VMware only supports the virtualization of x86 based machines -
