When I try to Export or Reconfigure a power off VM I get error message "Unable to connect to Converter Enterprise Server". Found this doc from vmware
Under New Upgrade Notes I can follow up to step 3
In the Update 1 version of Converter Enterprise, the client plug-in does not upgrade automatically through the Unified installer. To have the latest client plug-in version installed, you have to upgrade it manually.
1. Go to Start > Control Panel > Add/Remove Programs.
2. Select the VMware Converter Enterprise client and remove it.
3. Open the Plug-in manager, display the Available tab and select the Download and install option.
Receive error ""Unable to Connect to Remote Server".
Created domain account with local admin rights in the VC server and change service VMConverter to logon as this user
# Change proxy setting in \Program Files\VMware\Infrastructure\Converter Enterprise\converter-server.xml to 80 HTTP
Still receive error ""Unable to Connect to Remote Server". when I try to download the plugin
Running VC 2.5 build 84767
Any suggestions..
