is there a way to map a network drive with username/password via DEM

This is not possible via DEM due to security concerns. However, you can utilize a PowerShell script as mentioned by mhb4ever, or alternatively, create a UEM logon task and invoke 'net use z: \\fileserver\ShareName /user:DOMAIN\serviceaccount password123'.
