Office365/2019 DEM templates not working

Hi,

Have two AppVolumes captured with Office365 and Office 2019, but running with an issue with both.

Running DEM 2111 and AppVolumes 2111.

Using default templates for office 365/2019, but settings are not being saved.

tried to use directflex with the following:

%programfiles%\Microsoft Office\root\Office16\WINWORD.EXE

any help will be much appreciated

Just a quick update

as soon as I deleted the condition set, it will work
