[2011-07-18 13:25:24 'NetworkInfoImpl' warning] Cannot update Management NIC, no suitable network connection found.

This morning I came into work and found that one of my host were down on the Vshpere server.  All it said was that it was "not connected".  I then went to the device itself and shut down the Cisco 250.  I then brought it back up and found that I was unable to connect to the management nic for the Vshpere Server.  I am able to ping both host that I have though.  I am not able to ping the management IP address.  I am very new to this so please excuse my ignorance.  I went to the web address for https://10.10.1.4, I found the log for this host and have attached it as a file.  I am still unable to connect to the via 10.10.1.8.  which is the ip that we use to with VSphere Client.  Also how do you move VM Servers from on host to another?

I have solved this issue. I found that I this was not my problem, my problem was a vm not being powered on.
