5 ESX4i in one cluster is possible ???, can I make a cluster & add 5 ESXi server ? , if not then what is the maximum limit of host ?

Yes ESX 4i cluster you can configure up-to 32 host maximum.

Thanks for the information, if I've 2 iscsi LUNS , is it possible to share this LUNS with 5 ESX4i server & work as like ESX4 ?

If you have real and good link for the comparison between ESX4 & ESX4i , then please send it to me.

My server is having 16 cores & 64 Gb memory, ESX4i should adopt all this resources, I think so.

Yes, you will be able to share the iSCSI storage with all of 5 ESX4i host.

Unless and until you have the shared storage, you can share it with all the hosts.

The limit for cores is 6 per socket unless you are using the upper level licensing.
