Hello,

I have found the solution.

I have disabled GRT in the JOB BE.

and the host where the VM belong was not the good time. No Ntp server was configured.

I did and now it's works.

I think that the problem can come of that.

Do you have any snapshot disk in VM datastore?If yes you need to contact with your backup support to consolidate the disk.As temp fix you can run a backup without quiesced point,i believe we can set a rule to take backup without quiesced point.

Further Troubleshooting check with Symantec KB you may browser the Symantec KB base with specific error code.

No i don't. it was before , i have clone it with another name. And now it is very light with no snaphot.

I see this technote, and a lot of others .. but with no answers ..

That is strange when i decided to save only one vm, i have this another error,

Final error: 0xe00084bd - The system cannot find the path specified - unable to restore file or directory. See the job log for details.

Final error category: Job Errors
