Any gotchas or issues using two 10 GB NICs and vDS with iscsi, vmotion & VM ports

We are getting ready to deploy vmware 6 using iscsi for vmware storage. HP DL380 servers and HP 3 PAR storage and Nexus 10 GB switches.  Are there any gotchas or issues when using two 10 GB NICs on an ESXi host attached to a vSphere Distributed Switch?  And using this for VM ports,  software iscsi, and vmotoin ?

This is a small environment with 5 esxi hosts and 100 VMs

If you have only two NICs I think there is no much alternatives... you will need to put the two NICs on a single vDS for redundancy purpose... but make sure to enable Network I/O Control.
