CPU socket error

I have ESXI 5.1 and i keep seeing a CPU Socket Error since the day i built it. My specs are as followed.

Specs:

AMD Phenom II x4 965 Black Edition

ASRock 960GM/U3S3 FX AM3+

16GB 1600Mhz DDR3 Ram

Is there anything i can do to fix this?

It just says CPUSocket error. I exported that whole error file but i dont know what im looking at. So im uploading it if you dont mind looking.
