Calculated write I/O size for is out of range

I have a lot of the following warnings in the hostd.log of one of our hosts. Google doesn't tell a lot about the error (or I didn't search right 😉 ). Can someone give me an explanation on what it means?

Do you have Storage IO control or Storage DRS enabled ?

No, both are not in use.
