Constant ESXi 4.1 PSOD Crashes

Hi,

Just curious if anyone can help, we're having no end of issues with ESXi 4.1 and a DL360 G5 server. Had CPU 1 replaced (that's Cores 4,5,6 & 7).

The execute disable / no execute CPU feature is already enabled on the server and BIOS is completely up to date. Anyone got any ideas as this is crashing almost on a weekly basis and is getting incredibly frustrating!

Connected via iSCSI to a HP P4300 SAN, only 2 gigabit NIC's attached and 32gb RAM on the server.

crashing normally has to do with bad memory or bad CPU. what i would suggest is to upgrade all to latest firmware. if it does not help try remove all ram modules and just boot up with one ram modules and slowly increasing it until it crash. then you know which ram module is bad. same goes to the CPU if you have two.
