Delay when starting or stopping virtual machines on ESXI and vCenter 7

I have a new host Dell with ESXI 7. My older Dell with ESXI 6.5 work correctly with MVs allocated on NAS QNap.

But, new host delay about 30mins for start or stop MVs. Then, once the MV is lifted, he works normally. It's fail on esxi hipervisor or vcenter 7.

What can happen? What logs can I check?
