ESX5i The NIC does not support DirectPath I/O

Hello everybody, I recently change  from ESX4u1 to ESX5i , after the change,  my Linux Virtual Machines do not supported NIC. Giveme the message

"The NIC does not support DIRECTPATH I/O"

Somebody know if it is a BIOS problem on Server or is a configuration on ESX

What can I do?

its probably because the host doesn't support DirectPath IO

What kind of server is it?

It is a DELL PoweEdge R710,

But is only with any Linux Virtual Machines,

All windows work fine.
