ESXI 7 Time zone Issue.

I am wondering what causes the following issue in my case. I have 3 Servers in a Management Cluster and all 3 use NTP

with us.pool.ntp.org as the NTP host.

When i log into my 3 hosts i see the folowing dates

Tue Dec 22 10:38:14 UTC 2020   Host 1

Tue Dec 22 18:39:00 UTC 2020   Host 2

Tue Dec 22 10:38:48 UTC 2020   Host 3

So Host 1 and 3 show PST -8 Time vs Host 2 shows the real UTC time. How can i make them either all real UTC or my local Time Zone ?

You cannot change the time zone on ESXi so maybe the time is not correctly set. Maybe change the time settings to manual and back to NTP again to see if it sticks.
