ESXi 5.0, 474610 - Unable to Join Domain

I am trying to join a newly installed ESXi 5.0 474610 and for whatever reason i cant join it to the domain.. I had two earlier hosts at ESXi 4.1 that we're already joined to AD  and upgraded them to 5.0 without any issues and they are still showing that they are connected to AD.. Anyone else see this issues? I am using the HP version of the ESXI 5.0 code..
