ESXi setting to increase WOL pNIC speed

Hi,

Let me start by saying WOL is working fine in my ESXi.

However the pNIC speed is slowed to 10Mbps during power down.

Is there a hidden setting that can increase this behavior to at least 100Mbps ?

The newer switches that I'm getting no longer support 10Mbps.

Some it's incredibly difficult to find this info in ESXi, compared with relatively easy process on a real Windows machine.

In Windows,

Intel cards has a "Reduce speed on power down" disable this.

Broadcom cards has a "WOL speed" set this to 100Mbps.
