ESXi6.0 would stuck at "Initialize Scheduler" when it boots up.

Hi,

I have installed ESXi6.0 with license key.  When I boot up the machine, the ESX server would stuck at "Initialize Scheduler".  Are there any suggestions on how to fix this problem?  Thanks for looking into this.

If i remember right i had this on a ESXi 5.5 and in this case was it the USB/PS2 adapter, after removing it from the USB port the server was booting...
