good morning

We 're trying to enable EVC , as we did when we put hosts with different CPU types .

The problem is that we have to take machines that cpuid issue must be restarted before enabling EVC .

Those machines as we have mentioned are the machines that were started for the first time in a host of more power and capabilities to take advantage cpu not have lso previous host fails.

Is there any way to know which machines will require a restart to have started that way?

I tried to get the cpuid machine but I can not

You can see the currently employed CPU mode in the VM inventory by adding a new column like this:

You can also select all VMs, and try to vMotion them to your oldest CPU generation host. The migration wizard will tell you which VMs are incompatible (you of course don't need to complete the migration, it's just about letting the wizard check compatibility).
