Error connecting to server

I'm attempting to install a bundle from my workstation to an esxi server but not having much luck with vcli... Another co-worker ran the same command on his pc and it works so the issue is on my pc but I don't know what the deal is.

Here's the command:

vihostupdate.pl –server 172.16.234.21 -i –b C:\Temp\om-srvadmin-dell-web-7.0.0-4614.vib-esx41i_a00.zip

I don't know why its going to local host...

Welcome to the Community - are you able to ping  172.16.234.21 from your workstation?  are you able to SSH to  172.16.234.21 from you workstation?
