well,
first of all, it is my first homelab wtih esxi/sphere, I tried in the wmworkstation and works fine, but when I tried in my "home server", the msg "no compatible network adapter found".
my setup,
intel i3
16gb DDR3
mb gigabyte h87m-d3h
adp network realtek pcie GBE
the better solution that I found, is "buy a good intel card"
but instead I found this tutorial for esxi 4.1:

doesn't worked for me, but I wanna know if you guys, have another solution that "buy another card"???
ps: I searched a little before of ask.
ps2: where I live is so dificult to find a good card, for good money, at least of 10x than dolar countries.
