Hi

Can anyone please tell me the command to run or how to check what drivers/firmware versions are installed on my X3650 M3 Server (running ESX 4.1)

I would recommend installing and configuring IBM Systems Director. This will give you that insight.

you need to look at a lot of places.

for drivers:

COS drivers: lsmod

vmkernel drivers: cat /proc/vmware/version

as far as I know, there's no 1 location for it but you would have to go to the actual device

http://kb.vmware.com/kb/1002413 - for HBA

http://kb.vmware.com/kb/1027206 - for nics

dmidecode - for bios firmware and onboard devices.
