Intel E10G42AFDA iscsi offloading

I can see in the datasheet that the NIC supports iscsi offloading.  However, I am only able to create a Software Initiator, I see no iscsi adapters listed in the list of "Storage Adapters". Is the support for this available on esx 5, do I need to enable it somehow?  I updated the driver for nic to the latest driver, it is currently running

IIRC, with iSCSI offloading, you still use a software initiator. Only hardware iSCSI HBA does appear as storage adapter.

Some NICs must be configures in their BIOS to switch them between hardware iSCSI HBA or regular NICs

Somebody correct me if I'm wrong.
