Keeping ESXi and VMware Tools Up to date

I have 3 5.1 hosts I brought up in November of last year managing them with the VCenter appliance which appears to have upgraded itself on several occasions. My question, how to I keep my hosts up to date with both ESXi and Vmware tools?

You can maintain your environment with the use of VMware Upgrade Manager -

I saw this on-line in my vmware tools logon but when I went to download it took me to the latest ESXi build. Is there an actual Upgrade Manager component which needs to be installed? Does this sit on VCenter?  I did look around the site but never found a "VMWare Upgrade Manager" download.

Maybe this is where I got confused as I assume it was just an ESXi Update but it's actually the upgrade manager. We are an essentials plus owner so I assume I download what's hilighted in yellow and can take it from there.
