NVDimm (-N, not Optane memory) compatibility
Hi
I know very few people run these and probably even less on Supermicro HW (opposed to Dell/HPE where they are officially supported and apparently working fine), but maybe I am in luck.
Has anybody had any success in running NVDimm-N with Supermicro X10/X11 boards and ESXi?
I have no issues with them working in Linux/Windows/FreeBSD, just ESXi does not play nice with them. It sees them, but complains abiut missing functions and bios bugs... not sure if these are NVDimm Firmware or SM Bios issues...
