Hi,
I want to install Esxi 5.0 on a personnal computer with this configuration :
- form factor : tower case
- motherboard : Gigabyte H77 DS3H
- CPU : Intel Core i5
When i try to install the ESXI, it tells me that no netword adapter is present.
The integrated network adapter is an Atheros.
Is it possible to use it for my Esxi on this computer?
I saw that it's possible to inject some drivers and create a personnalised boot cd for Esxi.
Can somebody tell me how to do exactly?
Thanks for your help,
Jérémy
I doubt you will find a driver for this NIC. In my opinion it's way easier to get an inexpensive NIC which is either supported or at least known as working (like an Intel PRo/1000 GT).

Ok, that's what I'll do.
