The physical Windows XP Workstation has a C:\ Drive and a D:\ drive.
When I P2V the box, it combines the C and D drive into one disk on the virtual machine, and as you can expect the virtual machine does not boot.
Has anyone seen this issue when P2Ving a Windows XP workstation?
You can choose to separate the C and D volumes onto their own VMDK files using the Advanced option.
P2V'd machines typically will not boot after P2Vs due to the fact that the source was an IDE controller and ESX does not support it. Here is how to resolve that issue:

Thank you for the input. That did the trick.
