Problem starting VM on local vmfs

Hi,

i´ve got a problem with the following scenario:

2 x ESX 4i on HP identical HP ProLiant DL 380G5 (2x DualCore Procs, 32GB RAM) / ESXi 4.0.0,208167

After P2V of a Win2003-Server to ESX2 (local-vmfs), the VM is VERY Slow when powerin up. Means:

Task in VirtualCenter: Powerin on virtual Machine rises to 95% and stops there for nearly 5 minutes, the screen of the VM stays black/blank.

The the screen with the VMware-Logo appears and i can choose to enter BIOS for nearly 2 minutes...

If we move the VM to a SAN-VMFS or to the other ESX-Server, the VM boots at normal speed, even if we use the ESX1-LocalVMFS or the SAN-VMFS....

Does anyone have an idea? Are there any logs which i can check such as /var/log/messages?

Thx in advance for any help

Chakoe
