Hi all,
I am trying to install the last four update bundles: ESX-4.0.0-update01a.zip, ESX400-200912001, ESX400-201002001.zip and ESX400-201003001.zip.
I am using esxupdate to install the bundles using the guidlines posted here:[http://communities.vmware.com/blogs/vmroyale/2009/10/12/single-use-esxupdate-how-to-for-esx-4|p-5110]
When I try to stage or update any of the bundles, esxupdate stalls on the unpacking stage. I've seen it stall on cross_emulex-cim-provider and cross_lsi-provider. I have tried installing both .vib files outside of the bundle with the same result: stalling on the unpacking stage. I don't see anything helpful in the logs.
Any ideas?
