The physical element is failing

Hi Community,

I am a newbie on administering VMWare ESXi ver 6.5

I see an error on the storage:

Disk 4 on HPSA1 : Port 1I Box 1 Bay 4 : 931GB : Data Disk : Disk Error

One of the physical drive is going out... If you could be so kind to point me what tools I need and how to replace this drive. I was thinking of adding an additional SSD for the space is almost maxed out already. And also how I can mount the new one. I truly appreciate if someone can give me some insights. Thank you in advance.

First of all, could you please explain what is your configuration in terms of disks? Are these disk directly attached to the ESXi? If so, do you have any RAID configuration?
