Unable to disable SSH server port in Vmware ESXI 6.5

Unable to disable SSH server port in Vmware ESXI 6.5.

Getting below error

Key: haTask-ha-host-vim.host.FirewallSystem.disableRuleset-xxxxxxxx
Description: Block the firewall ports belonging to the specified ruleset
State: Failed - Cannot change the host configuration.
