VM fails on 90% as upgrading the RAM

I have upgraded a VM from 4 to 8 GB RAM; it’s getting failed at 90% of powering on?

Hi,

May be you don't have enough resources on your hosts!
How much reserved memory for this virtual machine?

Please send a screenshot from your host and VM for us.
