VM fails with VMM fault 13

Hello everyone!

We have a Fujitsu RX2540 M4 server with ESXi 7.0.3 installed. Periodically, a virtual machine crashes with an error:

VMware ESX unrecoverable error: (vcpu-1) vcpu-0:VMM fault 13: src=MONITOR rip=0xfffffffffc081317 regs=0xfffffffffc407e40 LBR stack=0xfffffffffc407af0

Previously, this problem was also on version 7.0.2. I upgraded to 7.0.3 via a custom offline bundle. And I checked the compatibility of drivers and firmware for network and HBA adapters. Both seem to match.

Driver Info:
         Bus Info: 0000:3d:00:0
         Driver: i40en
         Firmware Version: 5.10 0x8000261e 1.2877.0
         Version: 1.11.1.31

vmkload_mod -s qlnativefc |grep Version
Version: 4.1.34.0-1OEM.700.1.0.15843807

Firmware Version: 9.06.02

I can't figure out what is causing this crash. Can anyone help?
I read this article and it seems to me that this is a hardware problem.
