Vmware ESXi 4.1 Kernel Panic

I received a kernel panic this morning on one of our ESXi hosts, here is the vmkernel dump

i cant find any information regarding the issue? does someone have any idea?

Hi

Sounds like a hardware issue to me, have a look through this KB article to see if anything is relavent:

http://kb.vmware.com/kb/1005184

After that, i'd suggest running your manufacturers hardware diagnostics on the server and see if anything is found.
