can use vmware host computer to login to guest os

I have installed vmware vspher 5 on my test server. I want to install windowd xp as guest os, but dont have additional computer. Is it possible, after installing windows XP as guest, i can login to it from vmware host computer. Right now, I can see vmware console only. Is there way to logint o guest os from the console.

No way - you need a second computer.
Without a second computer you would only be able to use ssh to login to a VM.

No way now. In this case you should have installed VMWare workstation and install ESX as a VM in it.
