datastore not working

i am using raid 5 on Dell Powere Egde R710 server with 5 Hds. my 3rd hds stopped working so i replcaed it with new one. I am using Esxi 5.0.  Now my Esxi is booted and i can also connect it through sphere but datastore is not working. what to do?

Found valid GPT with protective MBR; using GPT

fdisk: Sorry, can't handle GPT partitions, use partedUtil

Hello,

Do you have any logs specified for the Datastore there: /var/log/vmkernel.log

Also why you lost one disk from your Raid and you couldn't access the Datastore?
