ramdisk (tmp) is full

Hi,

I am getting ramdisk (tmp) is full message . can someone assist me to clear this out.

My environment is ESXi5.5 installed in USB flash drive.

Following are the logs details

I see that ehcmd.log  and ehcmd.log.1 utilizes space. Should I delete these logs ?
