vcenter web client error

I am getting the following error when I try to login to my vcenter 5.5 web client.

VMware vSphere Web Client

Cannot connect to Vcenter Single Sign-On Server

https://10.XXX.xXXX.xx:7444/sts/STSService/vsphere.local.

I can login from the vsphere client but not the web client.

Hi there,

I would start by checking the status of the following services:

• VMware Secure Token Service
• VMware Identity Management Service
• VMware Directory Service
• VMware Kdc Service

If they are running then I would restart the VMware Identity Management Service for starters. This will restart the VMware Secure Token Service as well.
