vmotion IP is not pingable in esxi5.1

HI, I have setup vmotion and management in different vlan, but I can not ping the vmotion IP. I have not problem in esx5.0 update but i just install esxi5.1 and setup the same way when I did it in esx5.0, does anyone encounter the same issue. uplink is trunk all vlan and my esx5.0 and esx5.1 hosts are attached to same switch. the vmotion IP works in esx5.0 but not esx5.1.

Maybe a stupid question, but did you check if port 8000(TCP) is open on the vSphere 5.1? The vMotion port in other words...

getting the same problem here. I cannot ping the vmotion ip on esxi5. mgmt ip is pingable but that is on another vlan. 

vmotion ip is pingable only on its own vlan from anther host.

I unloaded the fireall module and still cannot ping
