Has anyone used Tidal Scheduler for Vmware? . I guess you can use it to pro-actively add resources (CPU, Memory, Etc.) to a VM before you need it. Let's say there are 2 or 3 VM's that get hammered at month end. Just before month end, you can schedule adding memory to the VMs or schedule the shutting down or suspending of non-critical VMs. After month end, you can schedule the un-doing of all the changes.
