Two installs of VCB Software on one server

Hi,

I'm trying to determine if you're able to run two seperate intalls of VCB on a single server. I have one install to date which is configured to do backups over SAN infrastructure.

I'd also like to look at setting up a second instance of VCB on the same server to backup some remote ESX installs over the network using the NBD driver

does anyone know if this is possable?

Well you can be the first to try it, but I doubt if this will work. Why not install VCB on a different server?

You could create your own scripts to call vcbmounter with "-m NBD". The settings in config.js are used only when calling the javascript part of the framework.
