HCX Bulk Migration Replication Error

Trying to perform bulk migration, and getting below error on HCX Manager logs. I'm using VMFS storage.  Any ideas? 

My VM doesn't have a vmxf file.. FYI

make sure ports 31031 and 44046 opened and can communicate through.
