HCX Connector ova download link is missing in 4.9

Hi All

As per https://docs.vmware.com/en/VMware-HCX/4.9/hcx-user-guide/GUID-F61061A8-4282-4EF7-8F99-F01774A0DF03.h... there should be a download link button for HCX Connector OVA for the OnPrem Deployment in Version 4.9

In my lab I have upgraded to 4.9 however to download HCX Connector OVA download button/link is missing

I have three different HCX setups and they all report the same behavior.

Is this a bug or there is a workaround for this

any suggestion here ... thanks

Can you check for the OVA in Customer Connect and see if it's there.

HCX Connector is available here https://customerconnect.vmware.com/downloads/details?downloadGroup=HCX_490&productId=1125&rPId=11803...

However as the documentation https://docs.vmware.com/en/VMware-HCX/4.9/hcx-user-guide/GUID-F61061A8-4282-4EF7-8F99-F01774A0DF03.h... I should be able to download the connector from the HCX Cloud UI portal

why is the download button missing there...?

Is this Public Cloud, or Private Cloud? It looks like private from the screenshot. The link you posted is for Public Cloud deployments.

The process for Private Cloud for HCX 4.9 is to download it from Customer Connect.

This is on public Cloud

Earlier I was seeing the option to download the HCX Connector OVA from UI however as soon as I refreshed the browser now the option is missing

Did you get a chance to talk to HCX Engineering team about it? thanks
